Our Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning group provides comprehensive planning, design, and engineering services for all phases rail, roadway, pedestrian/bicycle and transit projects. The responsibilities include data collection, capacity analysis, traffic simulation and modeling, transit analysis and the preparation of documentation for traffic engineering and transportation planning projects for various clients across the Northeast including the NJDOT, Turnpike Authority, and NJ TRANSIT.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred. FE/EIT preferred. The ideal candidate should have prior internship experience, familiarity with capacity analysis methodology, traffic simulation software, and 0-2 years of experience. All candidates should have proficiency with MS Office software, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in team environment.
