The successful performance of a project depends on appropriate planning and execution. The Project Support team is responsible for collaborating with Project Managers and design teams to to provide support for the successful execution of projects through conformance to Stantec’s Frameworks, corporate policies, and client requirements and standards.
Project coordination requires providing accurate commitment and expenditure information, performance data, timely cost forecasts, and forward-looking advice to Project Management to support achievement of budget objectives.
