    Stantec's Sacramento office is looking for a professional Design Coordinator to come join the team.

    Your Duties

    • Prioritize tasks and monitor progress in order to meet completion dates for subtasks and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with team members regarding progress checks, reallocating work as necessary to meet schedule deadlines.
    • Coordinate tasks with design team to preserve and execute the design intent.
    • Assist PM’s and/or PA’s in preparation of work plans and staffing projections by providing input regarding durations for tasks.
    • Organize drawings and standards for project documentation.

    • Maintain network files per Stantec policy and procedures. (Revit is the BIM platform for Stantec.)

    • Review RFIs and submittals, as well as, make required revisions to Record Documents.

    Your Capabilities and Credentials

    • 1-5 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
    • Client Type Experience - healthcare, education and commercial
    • Knowledge of Revit is required
    • Highly organized; ability to multi-task and keen attention to details
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – demonstrates thoroughness of thoughts and maturity
    • Good problem-solving and time management: ability to work with general guidance and supervision
    • Excellent client service orientation
    • Focused: ability to follow through, deliver results and meet deadlines
    • Positive attitude on teamwork and collaboration – puts team first, supports/mentors others regardless of level, shares knowledge and learnings
    • Adaptable: flexible with task assignments, integrates into new roles and take on special tasks with ease
    • CAD/BIM/Revit/Visualization
    • MS Office Suite
