Your Duties

Stantec's Ann Arbor, MI office is looking for an experienced Land Development Project Manager/Engineer with local contacts, client management and business development experience to join our staff in designing and planning of residential and commercial land development projects.

This person will be involved with planning and preparing contract documents and procuring all necessary permitting.

 

 

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Must have a BS in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
  • Michigan PE is required. 15 years' experience in residential and commercial land development planning, design, permitting, and construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite essential; Auto CAD is a plus.
  • Must have good oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to work independently or with others on group projects.
  • Must have experience and willingness to work directly with our clients to achieve positive results.
  • Ability to provide high quality products, meet project deadlines, and manage project budgets is critical.
  • Must have a valid driver's license. 
  • Must have the ability and willingness to perform field work as required.
